Harness Build

Build the one tool your team works from, then ship the two or three agents that save real hours.

We build the harness: one tool, individual to your business, that connects your employees to the systems they already use. One setup, the same for everyone, replaces the per-person accounts and connections your team has now. Then the agents that matter most go into production inside it — assembling the documents you produce over and over, triaging inbound requests, checking work against the rules that govern it, or making years of past projects searchable. Your team gets trained to run them without me in the room.

Light Retainer

Keep it working, and grow it carefully.

A small monthly engagement to maintain what's running, handle the edge cases that only surface in real work, and add the next agent when the timing is right — a smaller job each time, because the harness is already there. The goal is for you to need me less over time, not more.

Every step is scoped up front, so you never sign on to an open-ended project. The harness and every agent in it are documented and owned by your business, not rented from me. It is configurable, too: the AI provider behind it is a setting, so you can change models without a rebuild and take the harness with you. The readiness audit is paid and fixed-fee with a defined deliverable; the first call to see whether it makes sense is free.
